What to expect from me
When you first make contact we will arrange an appointment for an initial introductory session, the aim of which will be for us to plan together your needs and goals and also decide whether therapy may be helpful for you. I respond to all queries promptly and in confidence.

These days we are busier than ever and our attention is pulled in all directions, resulting in rarely affording time to process feelings of guilt, remorse, grief or sadness. Counselling enables you to dedicate some time to confronting or facing your concerns and issues in a safe, non-judgemental environment which differs from conversations with family and friends thus removing the loneliness you may feel with your problems and seeing them from a different perspective.
Our First Session
Finding the right therapist is essential as this can make a substantial difference to the outcome of your therapy.
Subject to the Covid pandemic and personal restrictions I will be working online. Face to face sessions will resume once the restrictions have been lifted and this website will be updated accordingly.
